Prosecutor Marcelino Aguilar said the testimonials are part of the case file in the investigation of Cordoba, who faces charges of illegally practicing medicine.
The file will be forwarded to the sixth circuit prosecutor for submission to the court.
In January, Cordoba resigned as national health director of the Ministry of Health when he was unable to produce his credentials as a licensed pediatrician.
Córdoba has been required to check in with authorities three times a week and is prohibited from leaving the country.
Cordoba was alternate deputy for Panameñista Luis Eduardo Quirós in the 8-8 circuit (2009-2014). He unsuccessfully ran for Panama City Municipal Council as the San Francisco representative during the 2014 election.
