The Supreme Court of Appeals of Colón revoked the precautionary measures issued on April 17 by a Judge of Guarantees and ordered the provisional arrest of three women allegedly charged in the murders of Amílcar Henríquez and Delano Wilson, and for the attempted murder of Josimar Salvador.

The unanimous decision of the court was issued Thursday following an appeal filed by prosecutor Reynaldo Ceballos, who said the women were found at a residence where a car linked to the murders was located.

Police found ammunition in the house that police said is linked to the four other suspects who were arrested in the raids. A number of pistols were also found.

The court unanimously decided that the three defendants represent a danger to the community and to the victims.

A fourth suspect was ordered not to leave the country and to avoid the area of Nuevo Colon, where the families of the victims live. The decision was made because she had no ties to the residence where the ammunition and pistols were found.
